Long White Cloud Hospitality is hiring a Bartender to join our Wellington team.

About Long White Cloud Hospitality

Long White Cloud Hospitality is a regional hospitality and tourism business serving the Wellington region since 2010. We operate 10 locations and have built a reputation for consistent quality and dependable teams.

About the role

You will work the floor or the pass in a busy venue: taking orders, making coffee or drinks, running food, resetting tables and keeping the place spotless. Shifts rotate across mornings, evenings and weekends, with the busiest trade over summer and school holidays.

What you will bring

Friendly, quick on your feet and calm when the queue is out the door. Some cafe, bar or hotel experience helps but a good attitude matters more. Comfortable with weekend and evening work. Barista or LCQ certificate an asset.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic food safety knowledge, or willingness to complete training
  • Friendly, guest-first attitude and a tidy presentation
  • Barista training or LCQ certificate an asset
  • Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 15 kg
