About Long White Cloud Hospitality

Long White Cloud Hospitality is a regional hospitality and tourism business serving the Wellington region since 2010. We operate 10 locations and have built a reputation for consistent quality and dependable teams.

About the role

You will support the kitchen or housekeeping team through service: prep, dishes, cleaning, restocking and keeping standards up between rushes. You will follow food safety and hygiene procedures and help the team turn rooms or tables quickly when the venue is full.

What you will bring

Reliable and hard-working with a tidy approach. Food safety or hygiene training welcome but we can provide it. Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 15 kg. Weekend and public holiday availability is expected in this industry.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic food safety knowledge, or willingness to complete training
  • The right to work in New Zealand
  • Barista training or LCQ certificate an asset
  • Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 15 kg
