Greenstone Enterprises is a family-owned farming and horticulture business based in Christchurch. Founded in 2019, we run 3 locations in Canterbury and employ a tight team that values doing the work well over scale.

About the role

You will lead a crew in the orchard, vineyard or on the tractor: assigning daily tasks, checking quality, keeping machinery maintained and reporting progress to the manager. You will look after crew safety and help train new starters each season.

What you will bring

Two plus years in horticulture, viticulture or arable farming with some crew leadership. GrowSafe and chemical handling certificates an asset. Comfortable operating and maintaining modern equipment. A calm, organised communicator who keeps a crew moving.
