We are hiring a Community Support Worker to join Harbour Care Collective in Wellington.

About Harbour Care Collective

Harbour Care Collective is a family-owned aged care and community support business based in Wellington. Founded in 2022, we run 3 locations in the Wellington region and employ a tight team that values doing the work well over scale.

About the role

You will support residents or clients with the essentials of daily life: personal care, mobility, meals, medication prompts and companionship, following each person's care plan and reporting changes to the nurse or coordinator. Shifts rotate across mornings, afternoons and some nights and weekends.

What you will bring

Kind, patient and reliable. NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 2 or 3 is an asset and we will fund it if you do not have it. Pay follows the care and support worker pay equity settlement. A full driver licence for home support roles. Police vetting required.
