The New Zealand job-board network built for AEWV Job Check advertising

Post your employer clients' roles to nine New Zealand job boards. Run the 14 or 21 calendar day advertising the Job Check requires. Download the Job Activity Report your file needs. Manage every client from one login.

Post your first Job Check advertisement

Where your work ends, ours begins

You handle the Job Check. We handle the job advertising. Here is what fits in between.

    What you handle

Employer accreditation, the Job Check, the worker's AEWV application, and any further information Immigration New Zealand asks for. The immigration side, end to end. Your specialty, not ours.

    What generic boards miss

A listing on a general site is only half the job. The Job Check also needs the ad to carry the right content, run for the right number of days, close before you apply, and leave you with evidence you can put in the file.

    What we add

One posting reaches New Zealand candidates on a board built for that industry. Every posting carries dated evidence for your Job Check file. Every client sits in one login.

Built around the Job Check advertising rules

Four things the Job Check asks for, and how a posting on our network answers each one.

14 or 21 calendar days, covered

Immigration New Zealand asks for at least 14 calendar days of advertising for ANZSCO skill level 1 to 3 roles and eligible National Occupation List roles, and at least 21 calendar days for skill level 4 and 5 roles. One credit here keeps a listing live for 180 days, so the minimum window and a safer 30-day window are both covered without renewals.

    The ad content INZ expects

The advertisement must state the job title and location, a description of the job and its key tasks, the pay range or estimated earnings, the type of work and hours, and the minimum skills, experience and qualifications. Our posting form captures each of these as a separate field.

Applicant counts for the Job Check form

The Job Check application asks how many people applied, how many were New Zealand citizens or residents, how many were suitable, and how many were hired. Every applicant on our platform lands in the employer's inbox with a timestamp, so those counts come straight from the record.

Listing close date and the 90-day window

The listing must have closed before the Job Check is lodged, and the Job Check must be applied for within 90 days of the listing closing. The Job Activity Report shows the posting and expiry dates, and you can close a listing early from the dashboard whenever the advertising period is done.

Post on the right New Zealand board, not every board

INZ accepts advertising on a general national platform, or on an industry-specific platform where it is more likely to reach qualified New Zealanders. Choose the flagship for broad reach, or the industry board that matches the role. Candidates see relevant work on a board built for their field.

    All your clients, one login

Manage every client from one account

Each employer client lives in its own organisation. Credits, team, transaction history and applicant inbox are all scoped to whichever organisation is active. The sidebar dropdown lets you switch context without signing out.

See every posting across every client at a glance

The Job Activity Reports page lists every job you have posted on behalf of every client organisation. One view, every posting, sortable by date or applicant count. Click any row to open the full report.

Each job has its own Activity Report

Applicant count, days active, posting cost, posting and expiry dates, posting reference number, and an itemised receipt. Click Download & Print Report to save it as a PDF for the Job Check file. It is third-party, dated evidence that the role was advertised.

Skill level 4 and 5 roles: Work and Income sits alongside

For ANZSCO skill level 4 and 5 roles, INZ also expects the employer to engage in good faith with Work and Income in addition to advertising. Our posting covers the advertising half. Keep your Work and Income listing confirmation and correspondence with the Job Activity Report in the same file.

Or hand the keys over and let your client self-serve

If your client prefers their own billing, or wants their HR person managing applicants directly, invite them as a team member of their own organisation. They get their own login, buy credits on their own card and post jobs without your involvement. You stay on the immigration work; they run the day-to-day hiring.

    Simple credit-based pricing in NZD

One credit posts one job for 180 days on the board of your choice. Buy more, save more. Credits are valid for a full year. Applicants never pay, in line with the rule that recruitment costs cannot be passed to applicants.

    Simple Credit Usage

Only 1 Credit per standard job posting. No hidden fees.

    180 Day Visibility

Every post stays live and active for 180 days by default.

    Common questions from immigration advisers

NZRecruiter is a job advertising platform. Nothing on this page is immigration advice. Immigration New Zealand decides every Job Check on its own merits, and advertising requirements, exemptions, skill-level rules and timeframes change. Always check the current rules on immigration.govt.nz or with a licensed immigration adviser or lawyer before relying on a listing for a Job Check.
